Deployment & DevOps

DevOps is how software becomes a service your team can ship twice a week without a ceremony. We design environments, CI/CD, containers where they help, and the cloud accounts underneath — with least privilege, secrets management, and observability from the first production deploy.

We work with AWS, Azure, GCP, and app platforms like Vercel when they are the right size for the problem. Kubernetes is a tool, not a personality. You get infrastructure as code, a pipeline that runs tests and can roll back, and documentation a new engineer can follow on day three.

Migrations are planned with a cutover window and a reverse path. The success metric is not “we used the trendy orchestrator.” It is that your next release is boring and your bill is explainable.

    Week 1

    Architecture and constraints

    Traffic, compliance, budget, and who will operate this. We choose a target shape and a path from today that does not require a freeze for two months.

  2. 02

    Days, not months

    Foundation and access

    Accounts, IaC skeleton, environments, and SSO. Getting this wrong is expensive; we go slow enough to be correct.

  3. 03

    Core build

    Pipeline and deploy path

    Build, test, migrate, deploy, smoke. You watch a commit become a URL. Rollbacks are rehearsed, not theoretical.

    Before you depend on it

    Harden and observe

    TLS, WAF or equivalent where it pays off, backups, and alerts. We cut noise so on-call is survivable.

    Done when you can ship

    Handover and optional ops

    Docs, pairing, and a decision: you run it, or we stay on a DevOps retainer. Either is fine; ambiguity is not.
